Crispy filo rolls with chicken, mushrooms and mozzarella cheese

mushrooms 250 g |
mozzarella cheese 150 g |
leek 60 g |
garlic 2 cloves |
butter 160 g |

Step 1
Sauté chopped onion and garlic in butter. Add sliced mushrooms and chicken fillets and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Then add salt and spices and stir.
Step 3
Cut the filo dough into squares, grease them abundantly with melted butter, put the filling, grated cheese on them and roll up the rolls.
Step 4
Brush the rolls with butter and bake at 210 degrees for 6-10 minutes. Serve to the table with your favorite sauces. Enjoy.
