A delicious hot appetizer in the form of pork rolls with pineapple, chili peppers and cheese

Ingredients


pork rump 0.5 kg
pineapple (canned) 20 g
chili pepper 1 pc
hard cheese 120 g
vegetable oil 40 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
dried garlic
oregano

Instructions


Step 1

Prepare the filling. Cut hard cheese, pineapple, chili pepper, combine in a bowl and mix.

Step 2

Slightly frosted pork bat, cut into thin slices, cover with foil and baste well. Season with salt, pepper, dried garlic and oregano.

Step 3

Place the filling on the pork batons, roll up the rolls, tie the edges with toothpicks and fry in vegetable oil until browned.

Step 4

Remove the toothpicks and serve the rolls to the table. Bon appetit!
