Step 1
Prepare the filling. Cut hard cheese, pineapple, chili pepper, combine in a bowl and mix.
Step 2
Slightly frosted pork bat, cut into thin slices, cover with foil and baste well. Season with salt, pepper, dried garlic and oregano.
Step 3
Place the filling on the pork batons, roll up the rolls, tie the edges with toothpicks and fry in vegetable oil until browned.
Step 4
