Pita rolls with potatoes, ham and mozzarella cheese.

grated mozzarella cheese 120 g |
sliced ham 200 g |

Step 1
Season the mashed potatoes with salt and spices. Add one-third of the cheese and mix. Spread the mixture over the pita.
Step 2
Place overlapping ham on 2/3 of the surface, sprinkle with cheese, roll up and cut into 6-8 pieces.
Step 3
Whisk eggs with black pepper and salt, dip rolls and fry in butter until browned on all sides. Enjoy.
