At the end of the week of recipes for Pancake Week, Dasha proposes to prepare an unusual dish with Italian notes sweet lasagna made of pancakes with cottage cheese!
| warm milk 500 ml |
| eggs 2 pcs |
| flour 5 tbsp. |
| sugar 2-3 tbsp. |
| dry yeast 1 sachet |
| vegetable oil 4 tbsp. |
| FILLING: |
| 15% cottage cheese 300 g |
| SAUCE: |
| cream 33% 250 ml |
| egg yolks 3 pcs |
| sugar to taste |
| vanilla 1 pod |
Step 1
Prepare the pancake batter by mixing the warm milk with the yeast and sugar. Stir and leave to allow the yeast to ferment a little.
Step 2
Sift the flour into a bowl, beat in the eggs and mix. Add the vegetable oil, a little salt, mix and bake the pancakes.
Step 3
Place the pancakes in the baking dish, alternating with the cottage cheese filling.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce by beating the cream with the yolks. Add sugar to taste and vanilla seeds by cutting a vanilla stick.
Step 5
Pour the sauce over the pancake lasagna and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 175 C.
Step 6
10 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the lasagna with sugar to form a beautiful caramelized crust.
