| Cuttlefish ink pasta (spaghetti or tagliatelle) 500 g |
| BOLOGNESE SAUCE: |
| chicken meat 350 g |
| tomatoes (without peel in tomato juice) 600 g |
| mushrooms (cut into slices) 6 pieces |
| garlic (peel and crush with a knife) 2 cloves |
| grated parmesan to taste |
| cinnamon 1/4 tsp. |
| bay leaf 1 piece |

Step 1
For the sauce, make the minced meat. Fry in olive oil, knead well with a spatula so that there are no lumps.
Step 2
Then add tomatoes, garlic, mushrooms, cinnamon, bay leaf and herbs. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well and simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Boil the pasta in salted water with a little olive oil.
Step 4
Mix with the sauce.
