Now, when we need vitamins so much, fresh herbs should be added to any dishes you prepare. And today we decided to prepare just such a dish, hearty, tasty, healthy and spring green!

Ingredients


tagliatelle 200 g
krill meat 1 can
parsley 1/2 bunch
capers 1 tbsp.
garlic 1 clove
lemon juice
parmesan 50 g
olive oil
salt
black pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Boil the water and boil the tagliatelle.

Step 2

Place the parsley in a blender. Add the garlic by cutting the clove in half and removing the core. Pour in the olive oil, lemon juice, add the capers, salt and a little grated parmesan. Whisk into a smooth paste.

Step 3

Place the cooked tagliatelle in a bowl. Add the parsley pesto and the krill meat.

Step 4

Stir and drizzle in a little olive oil.

Step 5

Place on a plate, sprinkle with grated parmesan and season with black pepper.
