| parsley 1/2 bunch |

| garlic 1 clove |

| parmesan 50 g |

Step 1
Boil the water and boil the tagliatelle.
Step 2
Place the parsley in a blender. Add the garlic by cutting the clove in half and removing the core. Pour in the olive oil, lemon juice, add the capers, salt and a little grated parmesan. Whisk into a smooth paste.
