Tagliatelle with chicken, mushrooms and spinach

A typical Italian pasta is egg tagliatelle in a cream sauce with chicken, mushrooms and spinach.

Ingredients


tagliatelle pasta 200 g
chicken thigh flesh 200 g
mushrooms 150 g
fresh spinach 100 g
cream 300 ml
olive oil 40 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
nutmeg

Instructions


Step 1

Slice the meat and fry in olive oil. Add the coarsely chopped mushrooms and fry until browned.

Step 2

Season with salt and spices, pour in the cream and simmer the sauce for 5 minutes. Then add the spinach and stir.

Step 3

Boil the pasta in salted water with olive oil until al dente. Combine with the sauce. Enjoy.
