Tagliatelle with tender seafood in a flavorful tomato sauce

Ingredients


tagliatelle pasta 160 g
seafood (cooked and frozen) 200 g
tomatoes (skinned) 300 g
garlic 2 cloves
parsley 10 g
olive oil 30 ml
white dry wine 50 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
sugar
black pepper
fennel

Instructions


Step 1

Boil the tagliatelle in salted water until al dente.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce. Brown the crushed garlic in olive oil. Add peeled shrimp and mussels, fry a little. Pour in the wine, evaporate the alcohol and add the chopped tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, sugar and fennel. Simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 3

Add the pasta to the sauce and mix well. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
