Olivier salad with snow crab and krill meat
| potatoes (boiled) 120 g |
| Snow crab sticks 120 g |
| krill meat 100 g |
| hard-boiled eggs 2 pcs |
| fresh cucumber 120 g |
| green peas 75 g |
| mayonnaise 120 g |
| green onion 15 g |
| parsley 15 g |
| lemon zest 1/2 tsp. |
| olive oil 15 ml |
| TO TASTE: |
| salt |
| white pepper |
| black pepper |
Step 1
Dice the potatoes, eggs and peeled cucumber and combine in a bowl.
Step 2
Add half of the chopped onion, krill meat, green peas, mayonnaise, salt, black pepper and mix.
Step 3
Tear the crab sticks into fibers, mix with the remaining onion and chopped parsley, white pepper, zest, salt and olive oil.
Step 4
Using a ring, arrange the salad on a plate. Place the crab stick mixture on top in a slide. Enjoy.
