Salad a la "Olivier" with sea cocktail, pollock caviar and avocado
sea cocktail (in oil) 200 g |
pollock roe 2 tbsp. |
boiled potatoes 150 g |
fresh cucumber 100 g |
avocado 1/2 pc |
green peas 40 g |
boiled eggs 2 pcs |
homemade mayonnaise 80 g |
TO TASTE: |
sea salt |
black pepper |
lemon juice |
Step 1
Combine mayonnaise with pollock roe, lemon juice and black pepper. Stir.
Step 2
Dice and mix avocado, potatoes, cucumber and hard-boiled eggs, peas and strained sea cocktail.
Step 3
Dress the salad with mayonnaise and caviar, salt, mix and serve. Bon appetit!
