Salad a la "Olivier" with sea cocktail, pollock caviar and avocado

Ingredients


sea cocktail (in oil) 200 g
pollock roe 2 tbsp.
boiled potatoes 150 g
fresh cucumber 100 g
avocado 1/2 pc
green peas 40 g
boiled eggs 2 pcs
homemade mayonnaise 80 g
TO TASTE:
sea salt
black pepper
lemon juice

Instructions


Step 1

Combine mayonnaise with pollock roe, lemon juice and black pepper. Stir.

Step 2

Dice and mix avocado, potatoes, cucumber and hard-boiled eggs, peas and strained sea cocktail.

Step 3

Dress the salad with mayonnaise and caviar, salt, mix and serve. Bon appetit!
