Healthy in every way white fish fillet baked with mushrooms and sesame oil
| pikeperch fillets (200 g each) 2 pieces |
| oyster mushrooms 150 g |
| sesame oil 40 ml |
| soy sauce 25 ml |
| green onion 20 g |
| lemon 1 pc |
| zest of 1/2 lemon |
| grated ginger root 1/2 tsp. |
| TO TASTE: |
| fresh chili pepper |
| lemon juice |
| salt |
| black pepper |
Step 1
Chop the mushrooms, green onions and chili pepper. Slice the lemon into slices.
Step 2
Combine it all in a bowl, add the lemon zest and juice, ginger, salt, soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.
Step 3
Place each fillet on a sheet of parchment, place the mushroom mixture on top, wrap and secure with skewers.
Step 4
Bake at 200 degrees for 12-14 minutes. Season with pepper. Enjoy!
