 
A hearty main course - tender baked fish with white beans and green olives
| white fish fillet 2 pcs | 
| boiled white beans 300 g | 
| seedless olives 100 g | 
| red onion 80 g | 
| white dry wine 50 ml | 
| vegetable broth 50 ml | 
| lemon 1 pc | 
| fresh chili pepper 1 pc | 
| olive oil 60 ml | 
| sugar 10 g | 
| TO TASTE: | 
| oregano | 
| salt | 
| black pepper | 
Step 1
Combine the wine, stock, oregano, salt, pepper and sugar and mix. Pour the mixture into a mold, put the fish in it and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Place the beans, sliced olives, chili peppers and onions around the fish. Place the lemon slices on top. Bake the fish at 160 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy.
