Ingredients


wheat flour 570 g
yeast 10 g
chicken egg 4 pcs.
butter 120 g
milk 100 ml
white raisins 70 g
honey 50 g
sugar 50 g
vanilla sugar 20 g
salt 1 g
peanuts 10 g
hazelnuts 10 g
FOR THE GLAZE:
powdered sugar 60 g
salt 1 g
chicken egg 1 pc

Instructions


Step 1

Dissolve the yeast in the warm milk and add 85 grams of flour. Thoroughly stir the opara, cover and place in a warm place.

Step 2

When the volume of opara doubles, add salt, egg yolks, butter, honey, beaten egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar. Mix everything, then add the egg whites and the rest of the flour beaten into foam and knead the dough.

Step 3

Cover the dough with a napkin and put it in a warm place. When it rises and doubles in volume, add the raisins and mix well. Spread the dough into molds (up to half the height), cover and put in a warm place.

Step 4

Prepare the glaze: carefully separate the egg white from the yolk and for a few minutes continuously whisk it together with salt until a thick foam is formed. When the foam holds its shape well and does not spill out of the bowl, gradually pour in the sifted powdered sugar.

Step 5

Coat the cooled kulich with the glaze and sprinkle with nuts.
