Step 1
Mix the milk, yeast, sugar and 50 grams of flour thoroughly and leave to rise. Once the leavening has started to rise, knead the dough by adding the cocoa, the remaining flour, butter and yolks.
Step 2
The dough should also rise, then fill the molds with it and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Melt the dark chocolate on a water bath, pour into a separate container.
Step 3
After the cakes are ready, pour the dark chocolate on top, you can also decorate them with caramel, orange zest, dried cranberries and walnuts.
