If you have ever been to Georgia, you have probably had lunch or dinner in a restaurant of national cuisine, with an abundance of meat, fish and vegetable appetizers on the table. Today we offer you a recipe for a dish that is a must for every feast, namely mushrooms with suluguni cooked on ketsi!

Georgian suluguni cheese 100 g |

Step 1
Grate suluguni and frozen butter. Stir.
Step 2
Remove the legs of the mushrooms. Fill the mushroom caps with the stuffing and place in a clay keci pan with a few pieces of butter.
Step 3
Bake in the microwave on bake mode or in the oven until the cheese is golden.
