Ingredients

vegetable oil 20 ml
SAUCE:
heavy cream 100 ml
milk 300 ml
garlic 6 cloves
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
hops
chaber

Instructions


Step 1

Cut the chicken lengthwise along the sternum, remove the ribs, wing and leg phalanges, and tailbone. Fry in oil under a pressure cooker until browned on both sides.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce. Combine milk, cream, squeeze garlic, add salt, black pepper, hops, chaber and mix.
