Ingredients


mackerel fillet 2 pcs
eggplants 2 pcs
skinned tomatoes 300 g
onions 100 g
garlic 3 cloves
water 200 ml
cilantro 15 g
olive oil 40 ml
TO TASTE:
fresh chili pepper
salt
black pepper
curry
zira
turmeric
ground coriander

Instructions


Step 1

Peel the eggplants, cut into cubes, salt and leave for 10-15 minutes. Then rinse and dry.

Step 2

Chop the onion, sauté it in oil, add the eggplants and fry a little.

Step 3

Add chopped garlic, chili pepper and tomatoes, season with salt and spices. Pour in the water and simmer for 20 minutes. Then add the chopped cilantro.

Step 4

Make incisions on the skin of the mackerel, salt, pepper, spray with oil and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes.

Step 5

Serve the mackerel with spicy eggplant. Enjoy.
