Step 1
Slice the vegetables and fry them in oil.
Step 2
Add salt, sugar and spices and pour in the vinegar. Stir and let simmer for a minute!
Step 3
Make incisions on the mackerel fillet, place it in a mold skin side down, spread the vegetables on top and pour the marinade over it.
Step 4
Allow the dish to cool, cover with foil and put it in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours. Bon appetit!
