Not exactly pancakes, but very, very tasty! All you need are apples, butter and the right batter! And don't forget to add a little vodka to make the crust crispy!

| FOR BATTER: |
| eggs 2 pcs |
| flour 60 g |
| milk 3 tbsp. |
| vodka 1 tbsp. |
| leavening agent |
| lemon zest |
| pinch of salt |
Step 1
Remove the core from the apples and cut into circles about 1-1.5 cm thick.
Step 2
Prepare the batter by beating the eggs with the flour, milk, baking powder, a pinch of salt, lemon zest and vodka.
Step 3
Dip each apple into the batter and fry in plenty of oil on each side. Transfer to a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
Step 4
Serve piled high and sprinkled with powdered sugar.
