Pancakes with apple bake

For breakfast - puffy browned pancakes on kefir with apple bake and bright cinnamon aroma

Ingredients


wheat flour 230 g
kefir 200 ml
egg 1 pc
apples 300 g
sugar 40 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
vegetable oil 30 ml
baking soda 1/4 tsp.
salt to taste
cinnamon to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Combine the sifted flour with the baking soda, salt, vanilla and regular sugar, egg and kefir. Knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the peeled and coreless apples into small cubes and mix with cinnamon.

Step 3

Stir the dough with a whisk, place the fritters in the frying pan and top with the cinnamon apples.

Step 4

Allow the fritters to bake, then flip and fry the other side. Enjoy.
