| wheat flour 230 g |
| kefir 200 ml |
| egg 1 pc |
| apples 300 g |
| sugar 40 g |
| vanilla sugar 10 g |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |
| baking soda 1/4 tsp. |

| cinnamon to taste |
Step 1
Combine the sifted flour with the baking soda, salt, vanilla and regular sugar, egg and kefir. Knead the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the peeled and coreless apples into small cubes and mix with cinnamon.
Step 3
Stir the dough with a whisk, place the fritters in the frying pan and top with the cinnamon apples.
Step 4
Allow the fritters to bake, then flip and fry the other side. Enjoy.
