milk 250 ml
wheat flour 120 g
eggs 2 pcs
vegetable oil 30 ml
salt, sugar to taste
FILLING:
eggs (hard-boiled) 2 pcs
ham 120 g
sweet pepper 80 g
green onion 20 g
dill and parsley 10 g

Instructions


Step 1

Mix milk, eggs, vegetable oil, sugar, salt and flour. Allow to stand for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Then add the diced peppers, ham, eggs and chopped herbs. Stir.

Step 3

Bake the pancakes in vegetable oil. Enjoy.
