Very nourishing, colorful and easy to prepare pancakes with bake and author's cheese and cream sauce

SOUCE: |

dry white wine 50 ml |
cream (30%) 100 ml |
thyme 1 sprig |
vegetable oil 1 tbsp. |
melted cheese Yantar 125 g |

Step 1
Prepare the pancakes. Thoroughly mix the eggs with salt, half of the milk and flour. Add vegetable oil, the remaining milk, mix well so that there are no lumps and let the dough rest for a while. Meanwhile, chop the bacon, dip it in boiling water and cool. Then chop the herbs and together with the bacon add them to the dough. Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil and fry the pancakes until ready.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Fry the chopped garlic, onion and a sprig of thyme in vegetable oil. Add the wine and, stirring, evaporate halfway through. Then remove the thyme, add melted cheese, cream, salt to taste and bring the sauce to a boil. Serve the pancakes with the sauce. Bon appetit!
