Step 1
Prepare the pancakes. Mix eggs, salt, half of the milk and flour. Add vegetable oil, the remaining milk, mix well so that there are no lumps and let the dough rest for 10-15 minutes. Then grease the frying pan with oil and fry the pancakes until browned.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, add 1 egg, 100 g sugar, vanilla sugar, raisins and mix thoroughly.

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.

Fill the pancakes with cottage cheese mixture and place in a circle in the mold.

Then beat 2 eggs with the remaining sugar and cream and pour the mixture over the pancakes.

Bake the cake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
