Tender minced chicken pancakes with cheese and sour cream sauce and fresh vegetables

Ingredients


minced chicken thighs 200 g
hard cheese 100 g
eggs 3 pcs
fat sour cream 40 g
cornstarch 1 tbsp.
butter 40 g
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
paprika
dried garlic
FILLING:
processed cheese 200 g
sour cream 50 g
tomatoes 100 g
cucumbers 120 g
dill 10 g
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Season the minced meat with salt and spices. Add the starch, eggs, sour cream and grated cheese. Stir.

Step 2

Fry two pancakes in butter.

Step 3

For the filling, combine chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and dill, with sour cream, melted cheese, salt and pepper. Stir.

Step 4

Wrap the stuffing in pancakes and serve. Bon appetit!
