Step 1
Season the minced meat with salt and spices. Add the starch, eggs, sour cream and grated cheese. Stir.
Step 2
Fry two pancakes in butter.
Step 3
For the filling, combine chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and dill, with sour cream, melted cheese, salt and pepper. Stir.
Step 4
