Yummy appetizer corn fritters with mozzarella and chile
sugar corn 300 g |
corn flour 60 g |
wheat flour 70 g |
grated mozzarella 120 g |
cream (20%) 100 ml |
egg 1 egg |
corn oil 50 ml |
TO TASTE: |
salt |
black pepper |
smoked paprika |
oregano |
ground chili pepper |
Step 1
Combine both flours, egg, corn kernels, cream, mozzarella, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, oregano and chili pepper. Stir until smooth.
Step 2
Fry fritters in corn oil. Serve with sour cream and herbs, if desired. Enjoy.
