Casserole is the name of both the dish and the utensil in which it is cooked. Today Dasha is making this French casserole with chicken wings and vegetables in sour cream sauce.

Step 1
Steam the potatoes and carrots in the steamer. Cut into small slices.
Step 2
Slice the chicken wings at the joint and fry in butter for 1-2 minutes. Add the finely chopped leeks and shallots, carrots and potatoes.
Step 3
Mix the sour cream with the Dijon mustard and mustard seeds. Pour the sauce over the ingredients in the skillet. Stir, salt and pepper to taste. Cook over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer everything to a casserole pan and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
