Delicious Arabian meat patties fataeras

beef 350 g |

Step 1
Prepare the dough. Mix half the warm water with the sugar and yeast. Cover with clingfilm and leave for 15 minutes. Then combine with the sifted flour, pour in 30 milliliters of vegetable oil, the remaining water, add salt and knead the dough. Cover it with foil and put it in a warm place for 40 minutes. Afterwards, knead the dough and leave it for another 40 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Grind the meat using the finest grinder, chop the onion, garlic, chili pepper, cilantro and combine with the stuffing. Add melted butter, dried garlic, salt, black pepper and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Dust the table with flour. Bomb the dough, divide it into 10-12 pieces and roll each piece into a circle, 4 millimeters thick. Put the filling in the middle and seal in the shape of a triangle.
Step 4
Place the fataeras on oiled parchment, brush the surface of each patty with vegetable oil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
Step 5
Serve the fataeras hot or cold. Enjoy.
