Potato salad with radish, celery and egg with creamy horseradish sauce

Ingredients


pink potatoes 400 g
garlic 1 head
celery stalk 100 g
dill 30 g
parsley 30 g
green onion 30 g
radish 60 g
hard-boiled eggs 2 pcs
fat sour cream 90 g
cream (30%) 30 ml
white horseradish 40 g
salt to taste
black pepper to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Boil the jacket potatoes with a head of garlic, let them cool and coarsely chop them.

Step 2

Chop the radishes, celery and herbs.

Step 3

Combine all ingredients, season with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Mix sour cream with horseradish and cream, dress the salad.

Step 5

Serve with an egg. Bon appetit!
