Baked apples with almonds and cinnamon
apples (red, slightly sour) 3 pcs. |
chopped almonds 3 tbsp. |
powdered sugar 1,5 tbsp. |
cinnamon 1,5 tsp. |
softened butter 150 g |
lemon juice to taste |
Step 1
Wash 3 red, slightly sour apples and remove the core. Drizzle the inside of the apples with a little lemon juice.
Step 2
Mix the butter, powdered sugar, cinnamon, chopped almonds and fill the apples with the mixture.
Step 3
Place the apples in a baking dish. Bake them in the oven for about 35 minutes at 200 degrees. After about 20 minutes, cover the apples with aluminum foil and continue baking them in the oven.
Step 4
Pour melted butter over the baked apples and serve on serving plates.
