FOR THE SHORTBREAD DOUGH: |

FOR THE CREAM: |
Cremette cheese 250 g |
Cream (35%) 250 g |
Sugar 100 g |
Blueberries 600 g |
Step 1
Prepare the shortbread dough: beat together the butter, sugar and salt. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well. Add the flour and mix well again.
Step 2
Put the dough in the refrigerator for 2 hours, then spread it on a mold with a diameter of 30 centimeters and bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 3
Pre-chill the Cremette cheese. Add sugar to it and beat with a mixer until homogeneous.
Step 4
Place the cream on the prepared dough and spread it. Top with fresh blueberries.
