Such cutlets will complement any porridge and mashed potatoes, but you can eat them separately - with sauce, herbs and vegetables.

semolina (or oat flakes) 0.5 tbsp |

Step 1
Cut cabbage into several pieces, boil in a pot for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Put the cabbage through a meat grinder, squeeze it so that no water remains.
Step 3
Peel and grate the onion on a fine grater. Crush the garlic.
Step 4
Add onion and garlic to the cabbage mince, salt, pepper and mix.
Step 5
Add flour and semolina (can be replaced with oat flakes), mix everything.
Step 6
From the resulting mass form cutlets, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in vegetable oil on both sides.
