An incredibly delicious combination - cauliflower baked in batter with orange sauce and basmati rice.

| wheat flour 150 g |
| milk 150 ml |
| boiled basmati rice 400 g |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
| SAUCE: |
| orange juice 200 ml |
| lemon juice 60 ml |
| soy sauce 60 ml |
| grated ginger root 30 g |
| garlic 5 cloves |
| sugar 60 g |
| cornstarch 2 tsp. |
| vegetable oil 30 ml |
| red pepper to taste |
Step 1
Mix flour with milk, salt and black pepper. Divide the cabbage into florets, dip into the batter and bake at 230 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Fry the crushed garlic and ginger in oil. Dissolve the starch in the orange juice. Pour it into the pan.
Step 3
Add the lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar and red pepper. Stir and let simmer for a couple minutes. Put the cabbage in the sauce and stir. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
