Cabbage steak with crispy bacon and delicate blue cheese sauce
| young cabbage 600 g |
| bacon strips 6 pcs |
| blue cheese 100 g |
| cream (20%) 100 ml |
| garlic 2 cloves |
| lemon juice 30 ml |
| olive oil 40 ml |
| green onion 10 g |

Step 1
Prepare the dressing. Mix the crushed garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, sugar, salt, black pepper, thyme, red pepper and paprika.
Step 2
Cut the head of cabbage in half, cut a steak from each half, brush with the dressing and grill until cooked through.
Step 3
Fry the bacon and cut into small cubes.
Step 4
For the sauce, combine the cream with the cheese and dried garlic in a saucepan, place on the rack and cook until the cheese is melted.
Step 5
Serve the kale steaks with the sauce, bacon and chopped onions. Enjoy.
