Chicken panini

Panini with flavorful chicken, cheese and roasted peppers

Ingredients


wheat ciabatta 2 pieces
chicken thigh flesh 400 g
hard cheese (grated) 120 g
sweet pepper (roasted and peeled) 100 g
classic drinking yogurt 80 g
garlic 3 cloves
green basil 15 g
green onion 15 g
olive oil 40 ml
lemon juice 30 ml
TO TASTE:
salt
ground zira
smoked paprika
chimichurri mix
red pepper
black pepper

Instructions


Step 1

Mix the minced garlic, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, salt and spices. Marinate the chicken in this mixture for 20 minutes.

Step 2

Then transfer to a baking tray and bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 25-30 minutes.

Step 3

Chop herbs and roasted peppers, season with oil, salt and black pepper.

Step 4

Cut the ciabattas lengthwise into two pieces, pick out some of the crumb. Place sliced chicken, pepper and herbs mixture and cheese on the bottoms of the ciabattas. Cover with the tops and press down well.

Step 5

Brush a preheated grill squash pan with olive oil. Grill the panini on the grill pan under the pressure for 3 to 5 minutes on each side.

Step 6

Serve with your favorite sauce. Enjoy
