A delicious dish of French cuisine - potatoes boulangerie, but cooked in the Ukrainian manner - with beets!

vegetable broth 250 ml |
heavy cream 100 ml |
butter 80 g |
garlic (large) 4 cloves |
Provencal herbs 1 tsp. |
sage 1 tsp. |
salt, black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Slice the potatoes and beets into thin slices in separate bowls. Season with salt, pepper and mix. Place in the mold in a circle, alternating with onion rings.
Step 2
Combine the oil with the sage, Provencal herbs and minced garlic. Season the vegetables with the mixture. Then pour in the warm stock and cream.
Step 3
Bake at a temperature of 200 degrees for 60-75 minutes. Bon appetit.
