Lagman is a popular dish in the countries of central Asia. Prepare it with Rollton egg noodles, beef and vegetables!

Step 1
Before cooking, cut off the film and excess fat from the meat and peel the vegetables. Cut everything into medium-sized cubes.
Step 2
Heat oil in a deep frying pan or saucepan, put meat and onion. Fry for 7 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Add the carrots and tomato paste and fry for another 10 minutes over a low heat.
Step 4
Add the peppers and tomatoes and continue to fry for 5 minutes over a low heat.
Step 5
Pour 1.5 to 2 cups of water into the pan and add the potatoes.
Step 6
To make the sauce flavorful, spices should be added to the meat after adding the water and potatoes. Salt, pepper and add sugar to taste. Cook for 10 minutes under a lid.
Step 7
While the sauce is simmering, boil the egg noodles until tender in salted water.
Step 8
Before serving, pour the sauce over the noodles and garnish with chopped herbs and add garlic.
