Warm ocean, hot sun, the Temple of the Golden Buddha, the Grand Royal Palace, chili peppers as hot as fire, fresh seafood and dozens of varieties of fruits. Surprisingly, you can easily feel yourself in Thailand in your kitchen. Together with us, of course. Today we are cooking Thai soup with beef and noodles, join us!

Ingredients


beef tenderloin 300 g
egg noodles
carrots 1 pc
spinach large handful
chicory 1 pc
cilantro 1 bunch
chili pepper 1 pc
soy sauce 50 ml
sesame seeds a few pinches

Instructions


Step 1

Rinse the meat in cold water.

Step 2

Boil 2.5 liters of water in a saucepan, add the meat and cook until tender. Remove the meat from the broth and strain the broth through a fine sieve.

Step 3

Put the clear broth back on the fire and add the sliced carrots.

Step 4

While the broth is boiling, chop the spinach and chicory. Separately chop the cilantro and chili pepper. Slice the beef into thin slices.

Step 5

When the broth is boiling, add the egg noodles.

Step 6

A few minutes before the broth is ready, add the chopped herbs, chili pepper and soy sauce to the broth.

Step 7

Put a few slices of beef in each plate, pour the broth, sprinkle with chopped cilantro and a pinch of sesame seeds. Thai beef soup is ready!
