Tender, with piquant sourness and subtle citrus flavor, chicken legs braised in creamy-garlic sauce with lemon

wheat flour 25 g |
butter 60 g |
olive oil 25 ml |
cream (20%) 250 ml |
chicken broth 250 ml |
TO TASTE: |
sugar |
salt |
black pepper |
fresh thyme |
Step 1
Pat chicken legs dry with paper towel, fry until browned in olive oil.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce. Saute chopped onion and garlic in butter. Put in the flour and fry until golden. Pour in the chicken stock and cream, add the thyme leaves and bring the sauce to the boil. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
Step 3
Pour the chicken legs into the sauce, top with the lemon sliced thinly and braise for 30 minutes.
Step 4
If desired, serve with chopped parsley. Enjoy.
