Chicken legs baked under tomato sauce with mozzarella

Yummy, Mediterranean-accented, juicy chicken legs baked in a tomato and mozzarella sauce

Ingredients


chicken legs 6 pcs
pelati tomatoes 400 g
mozzarella 150 g
olive oil 30 ml
sugar 20 g
TO TASTE:
salt
black pepper
dried garlic
oregano

Instructions


Step 1

Put the chicken legs in a mold, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 35 minutes at 180℃.

Step 2

Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater. Put the pelati tomatoes in the bowl of a blender, add sugar, dried garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth.

Step 3

Pour the chicken legs with the sauce, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Enjoy.
