 
Strawberry ice cream with yogurt, cream cheese and shortbread crumbs
| yogurt (cereal) 200 g | 
| cream cheese 150 g | 
| strawberries (frozen) 800 g | 
| honey 120 g | 
| vanilla sugar 20 g | 
| shortbread crumbs 150 g | 
| SHORTBREAD CRUMBS: | 
| wheat flour 120 g | 
| sugar 65 g | 
| vanilla sugar 10 g | 
| butter (softened) 75 g | 
Step 1
Combine all ingredients for shortbread crumbs, beat with a mixer.
Step 2
Transfer the mixture to the parchment and bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
Combine the strawberries with the yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla sugar and honey. Blend with a blender until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a container, mix with most of the shortbread crumbs, cover with clingfilm and send to the freezer for 2 hours.
Step 4
Serve sprinkled with the remaining crumb mixture and garnished with strawberries. Enjoy.
