Cauliflower pizza with seasonal vegetables, thin slices of salami and mozzarella

Step 1
Grind the cauliflower in a blender, boil in salted water for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Then, use gauze to squeeze out all the moisture. Add the eggs, 2/3 of the grated cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and oregano to the cauliflower.

Knead the dough and place it on a parchment-lined baking tray in the shape of a circle.

Then send it to an oven heated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

After this time, sprinkle the crust with the remaining grated cheese. Top with eggplant, zucchini, tomato and salami rings.

Drizzle the pizza with olive oil, salt and bake at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.
