Pizza nachos

A regular at almost any party - pizza! But in an original version, or rather - with a Mexican character - with crispy corn chips nachos!

Ingredients


puff pastry 200 g
flour 30 g
nachos 70 g
boiled red beans 120 g
grated hard cheese 150 g
fresh tomatoes 150 g
soft avocado 1 pc
chili pepper 1 pc
green onions 20 g
black olives 30 g
pelati tomatoes 100 g
TO TASTE:
lime juice
salt
black pepper
dried garlic
oregano

Instructions


Step 1

Roll out the dough, prick with a fork and bake for 8 minutes at 210 degrees.

Step 2

Combine the tomato pelatti, salt and spices and brush over the crust.

Step 3

Chop tomatoes, olives, green onions and chili peppers.

Step 4

Slice the avocado and drizzle with lime juice.

Step 5

Place all the ingredients, including the beans and cheese, on the crust.

Step 6

Bake at 210 degrees until cheese is melted. Enjoy
