Quick pizza on pita with ham, marinated mushrooms and béchamel sauce

Ingredients


round pita bread (thin) 3 pieces
béchamel sauce 200 g
grated mozzarella cheese 80 g
ham 90 g
marinated mushrooms 60 g
olive oil 10 ml
oregano to taste

Instructions


Step 1

Grease a mold with olive oil and place the pita breads in it, brushing each with the béchamel sauce.

Step 2

Season with oregano, place the ham slices and sliced mushrooms, sprinkle with mozzarella.

Step 3

Bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy.
