Sweet bars with peanut caramel and chocolate coating

CARAMEL: |
sugar 400 g |
warm cream (30%) 230 ml |

Step 1
Combine butter, vanilla sugar, sugar and salt. Beat with the mixer. Add flour and continue beating until smooth.
Step 2
Transfer the dough into a mold and bake the cake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Then let it cool down.
Step 3
Prepare the caramel. Combine the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Stir and melt at a low temperature. Then mix with the warm cream. Add peanut paste, butter, stir and let the caramel cool.
Step 4
In a water bath, melt the chocolate. Spread the caramel over the shortcake, sprinkle with peanuts and pour over the melted chocolate. Place in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
