| Golden apples 250 g |
| softened butter 185 g |
| ground cinnamon 15-20 g |
| sugar 75 g |
| lemon juice 15 ml |
| CARAMEL SAUCE: |
| sugar 150 g |
| warm cream (30%) 120 ml |
| butter 40 g |
| vanilla sugar 10 g |
Step 1
Mix the milk with the butter, sugar and yeast. Sift in the flour and baking powder, add the salt, knead the dough and leave for 1 hour.
Step 2
Prepare the filling. Dice the peeled and coreless apples, pour lemon juice over them, mix and cover with foil.
Step 3
Obeom the dough and roll out into a rectangle 1 cm thick. Mix the butter, sugar, cinnamon and spread evenly over the dough. Top with the apples and roll up.
Step 4
Cut the roll into 6 pieces, place in an oiled mold, cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes.
Step 5
Bake the rolls at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Prepare the caramel. Melt a mixture of sugar and vanilla sugar, add cream, butter and mix. Pour the caramel over the cinnabons. Enjoy!
