| cottage cheese (at least 9%) 0.5 kg |

| sugar 200 g | 
| butter (soft) 100 g | 
| semolina 40 g | 
| candied fruit 100 g | 
| vanilla sugar 10 g | 
| salt a pinch | 
| GLAZURE: | 
| dark chocolate 100 g | 
| butter 50 g | 
| cream (20%) 40 ml | 
Step 1
Separate the whites from the yolks. Add sugar and vanilla sugar to the yolks and beat with a mixer until white.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with the butter. Add semolina, candied fruit, beaten yolks and mix.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites with salt until peaks, then mix into the curd-yolk mixture.
Step 4
Grease a mold with butter, place the dough in it. Bake the cheesecake at 180℃ for 50-60 minutes. Then let it cool down completely.
Step 5
Melt chocolate with cream and butter on a water bath. Cover the cheesecake with the glaze and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Enjoy.
