Step 1
Pound the cheese until smooth (so that there are no lumps). Add the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Beat until the sugar is dissolved. Before baking, taste the mixture and sweeten the cheesecake if necessary.
Step 2
In the cheese add raisins to taste and chopped apricots. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Spread the cheese onto two small baking pans (preferably round). Bake the Lviv cheesnik for 1-1,5 hours at 180 degrees.
Step 4
After cooking, pour chocolate glaze over the cheesnik. Decorate the dessert with nuts or dried fruits.
