Lviv cheesecake can be called a hit of Galician cuisine. And the most famous cheesecake, of course, is made according to the recipe of the legendary woman cook Darya Zvek. We are making this cheesecake today!

| boiled potatoes 2 pcs |
| lemon zest 1 tbsp. |

| FOR THE GLAZE: |
| butter 50 g |
| sugar 2 tbsp. |
| cream 5 tbsp. |
| milk 2-3 tbsp. |
| cocoa 3 tbsp. |
Step 1
Mix cottage cheese with boiled and mashed potatoes. Add soft butter and 3 yolks.
Step 2
Stir to make the mixture homogeneous. Add the sugar and lemon zest and mix again.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites separately with a pinch of salt and gently mix into the curd mixture.
Step 4
Grease a silicone mold with butter. Place a few pitted cherries. Transfer the curd mixture into the mold and bake in the oven for 40-50 minutes at 160 C.
Step 5
For the glaze, heat all the ingredients in a saucepan.
Step 6
Take the finished and slightly cooled cheesecake out of the mold and pour the glaze over it. Place in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours.
