Another culinary creation of the Italians - pizza "Chiena".

| eggs (hard-boiled) 5 pcs. |

| sliced ham 200 g |
| sliced salami 120 g |
| mozzarella 180 g |
| parmesan crumbs 80 g |
| roasted sweet peppers 150 g |
| red onion 60 g |
| green basil 15 g |
| salt, black pepper to taste |
Step 1
Combine the sifted flour, chopped rosemary leaves, 2 eggs, salt, butter and knead the dough. Wrap in clingfilm and leave to rest for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Then separate 2/3 of the dough, spread it on the bottom and sides of a 26 cm diameter mold. Place the ham, chopped eggs, chopped peeled peppers, chopped onions, basil leaves, mozzarella and salami in layers on the dough. Fill with the egg/parmesan mixture, salt and pepper.
Step 3
Roll out the remaining dough, cover the toppings, pinch the edges and prick the surface with a fork. Brush the pizza with beaten egg and bake for 50-60 minutes at 175℃. Enjoy.
