Step 1
Coarsely chop the potatoes and peppers. Fry alternately in oil until cooked through.
Step 2
Then fry coarsely chopped meat and onion in the same oil. Season with salt and spices, pour boiling water and stew for 35-40 minutes.
Step 3
Add chopped tomatoes, fried peppers and cook, stirring for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Cut the flatbread into 6 equal pieces, place on top and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 5
Serve by layering the flatbread, potatoes and meat and vegetables. Enjoy.
